Collagen Cacao Bark

A sweet treat you won't feel guilty about. Our Collagen Cacao Bark is packed with wild caught collagen peptides, vitamin c and sea minerals for skin, hair and nail nourishment. 

200g dairy-free chocolate
— 1 tablespoon goji berries
— 1 tablespoon almonds, roughly chopped
— 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped
— 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

— Break the dairy-free chocolate into small pieces and melt it using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
— Stir in a heaped tablespoon of coconut collagen powder until fully incorporated.
— Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate evenly. Sprinkle the goji berries, chopped almonds, chopped hazelnuts, and coconut flakes over the chocolate.
— Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until firm. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy as a snack. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
