Melanie Grant's Super Skin Smoothie

 Melanie Grant shares her go-to smoothie for glowing skin.

INGREDIENTS
Spinach or kale (frozen or baby spinach if fresh)
Frozen wild blueberries (wild are higher in antioxidants)
An entire avocado (this keeps me full all day)
2 generous tablespoons of PEARL Marine Collagen Superpowder (sometimes 3)
Vanilla pea protein powder
Whole flax seeds and Hemp seeds (whole is best, not ground)
Water
Ice
METHOD

Blend on high until creamy and enjoy
