Par Olive Collagen Tahini Brownies

A delicious and decadent treat set to satisfy any chocolate craving. Boosted with a daily serving of PEARL marine collagen and healthy fats for skin, hair and nail nourishment. 

The addition of PEARL gives a fudge like consistency. A festive treat everyone will love. Happy holidays! 


  • 5 ½ tablespoons of cacao powder

  • 300g coconut sugar

  • 180g plain flour (we prefer gluten-free flour)

  • 8 tsp. PEARL Marine Collagen (Unflavoured or Organic Coconut)

  • 7 tablespoons of coconut oil (

  • 4 heaped tablespoons of tahini

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of bicarb soda

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • Pinch of sea salt



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients (cacao powder, coconut sugar, PEARL marine collagen, plain flour, bicarb, baking powder and salt) until there are no lumps and consistency is smooth

  3. Melt the coconut oil in a small bowl, using low heat to ensure no burning

  4. Add the wet ingredients (melted coconut oil, tahini and almond milk) into a separate bowl and mix well.

  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing well for a smooth batter consistency

  6. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and cook for 30-35 minutes until cooked through, but still a little fudgy in the middle.

  7. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before cutting into brownies.

  8. Optional: We also like to drizzle a little extra tahini and a sprinkle of sesame seeds over the top to finish
