The PEARL Cinnamon Silk Chai Latte

We love Chai lattes are they are rich in antioxidants, which help eliminate free radicals in the body, reducing cellular damage. We recommend supercharging your Chai with PEARL Marine Collagen Superpowder for a latte that delivers firmer skin, thicker hair and stronger nails. 


- 1 black tea bag or 1 tablespoon loose black tea
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk (any type)
- 2 teaspoons of PEARL Marine Collagen Superpowder (Unflavoured)
- 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, agave or your preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)


1. Boil the water and steep the black tea in it for 3-5 minutes.
2. While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in a separate pot without boiling it.
3. Once the tea is steeped, remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea.
4. Add the sweetener, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, ground cloves, and black pepper (if using) to the tea.
5. Pour in the heated milk and stir well.
6. Add your PEARL Marine Collagen Superpowder and stir.
6. Adjust sweetness and spice levels to your taste.
7. Strain the mixture into your cup, and enjoy!


Tip: To make an Iced Chai Latte, simply let the chai tea mixture cool down, then pour over ice.
