Tell us more about CEO YOURSELF

CEO YOURSELF is a destination for motivation and inspiration, designed to support your journey to becoming the CEO of your life, aka the best version of yourself. Our offering is evolving, as I do on the motherhood journey.

What is your guide to becoming the CEO of your own life?

The CEO YOURSELF philosophy is rooted in developing a very clear Vision as to where you want to go, a clear Strategy to get you there, building the Habits to support your CEO lifestyle and ultimately, moving into flow to seamlessly achieve your wildest dreams. We are all capable of doing and being more, it’s about leveraging these simple steps to get your there.

Congratulations on your pregnancy with your second child, how has your relationship with beauty changed since becoming a mother?

I have had a whirlwind pregnancy with a few scares that meant I was on bed rest in the 2nd trimester for 6 weeks. If you knew me, you’d know that is my worst nightmare! It forced me to lean into the chapter that was, to slow down, pull back and invest in my body. I used this time to really indulge in rest, planning, organising our home, and looking after myself. I carved out time daily to invest in self love treatments like skincare, having a bath, journaling etc. My hair and skin have never looked better from not being on the rat race… overarchingly, I would say Motherhood and carrying children has given me a greater sense of love and appreciation for my body, and honestly, made me more confident in how I look as I frankly don’t care as much… it’s much less of a priority.

How do you manage the roles of motherhood and running a business?

Being a working Mum has forced me to surrender, understand that there are chapters in life and to more strategic, considered and less time consuming tasks. I have had to become a better delegator and let go of perfectionism. Being a Mum always comes first, but it’s made me more focused and ambitious about leaving a positive impact on the world, for their future. I want to do meaningful work that means something. My idea of success continues to shift, as I see the world through their eyes and realise we are good enough, just as we are.

What are your morning and evening beauty and wellness rituals?

AM: I try to meditate upon waking when I’m not with the kids, before showering in the morning, and cleansing with Sarah Chapman Ultra Cleanse, as well as the Barbara Sturm Enzyme Cleanser, every few days. I love Rationale Serum #1, and Estee Lauder & Augustinus Bader moisturisers. I then have a healthy breakfast with the kids, my supplements and try to start hydrating.

PM: Every evening my luxury is a magnesium salt bath, in which I journal by a favourite candle ~ usually Diptique or Cire Trudon or our CEO YOURSELF gardenia candle.

What is your PEARL ritual?

I ADORE the Coconut Marine Collagen Superpowder, which I have in my morning porridge or coffee.

I am happiest when.... I’m with Xaxa in the morning.

I calm my nervous system by... breathwork, having a bath or having a dance party with the kids.

My coffee order is… decaf oat cap.

I'm currently watching / reading / listening… reading any/every self help book ever written. I’m obsessed with understanding how you can become the best version of yourself but also live in balance!

In my handbag you'll find.... Phone, wallet, keys, a notebook, Hermes or La Mer lip balm, stickers and airpods.

The skincare product I always buy on repeat… Sarah Chapman Vit C Power Serum.

My favourite in clinic skincare treatment is… Sarah Chapman facial in London or Rationale facial in Sydney.

The best piece of beauty advice I have received is… confidence shines
