A long-time VB fan (and she's one of our Par Olive customers - pinch me), this documentary opened my eyes to the trials and tribulations both Victoria and David encountered along their personal and professional journey. In addition to showing a peep into their relationship, family life and how they integrate playfulness and passion to strengthen their bond. Now an official superfan!

Australian cosmeceutical brand Rationale has long been a part of my topical skincare ritual, and this new SPF works wonders. A light, natural glowing tint, offering 50+ sun protection, paired with a multi-vitamin complex to calm and reduce inflammation in the skin. I'm not a huge foundation fan, and this offers the perfect amount of light tint and glow for day-to-day wear.

I'm all about a joy walk, and no matter my mood, if I turn on Black Friday, and bop through the West Village in New york for an afternoon stroll, it is my instant mood booster and uplifter.

 

Wellness — Yin Yoga at Humming Puppy 

I'm being much more intuitive with my workouts in my 30s to really nourish my overall health, hormone levels and balance out my cortisol whilst living in a bustling city like New York. Yin yoga 1-2 times a week brings me back into my body, allows me to deeply stretch my muscles and slow my mind.

 

Recipe — Skin Boosting Bircher Muesli 

I often obsess over a recipe. This PEARL Collagen Bircher Muesli is the perfect balance of easy to digest carbohydrates from the soaked oats, protein from skyr yogurt and collagen, fibre from the chia seeds and apple, healthy fats from the walnuts and hemp seeds, and antioxidants from the manuka honey. I make a batch of the soaked oats and chia seeds once a week, and then mix the skyr, grated apple, hemp seeds and walnuts in and top with honey. So nourishing, so delicious!
